The Challenge
On-ground marketing campaigns are only as effective as their execution. When a campaign relies on a large distributed salesforce to physically place promotional material at retail outlets, verifying that the work was done — and done correctly — becomes a significant problem at scale. The client had no reliable way to confirm placements were made, no mechanism to assess quality, and no system to detect fraudulent or duplicate submissions.
